RETURN POLICY

For any reasons, if you are not happy with your orders, they can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused garments in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please note, that packaging is part of the product. For eco reasons: open and close the glassine bag carefully. Please make sure, that Attāin Studios reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. Please allow 4 to 6 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the products.

We offer FREE shipping & returns for all orders of Attāin Studios above 100 € within the EU.

For any orders under this order value, shipping and return costs must be covered by the customer.
To be clear: shipment on your return is only free return is only valid, if your the order volume - which that you keep - is over 100 €.
Return shipping and any associated costs from outside EU must be covered by the customer. Attāin Studios is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. 
We currently do not generate return labels for shipments outside the EU. If you want to return: please send an e-mail to info@attainstudios.com.

Uncollected products
It is not possible to return the products or cancel the order by not collecting the products. If the products are returned to Attāin Studios because the products have not been collected, a fee of EUR 15 for the return shipping will be debited from your account regardless of the size of the order. The remaining outstanding amount of the order will be returned from the account that you applied for the payment.
